Returns Policy

 

In the unlikely event that you would like to return your products bought online from here at Knot 2 Shabby, please follow these simple steps within 14 days of purchase:-


Please note, the product itself must be unopened and in it’s original packaging, with no other damage or markings applied.

1. Please email us at knot2shabby@email.com with ‘RETURNS: [Order Number]’ as the subject, informing us you would like to return one (or more) of your items. You can find your order number on the emails that we sent you when the product(s) were purchased and/or dispatched.

2. You will need to arrange, at your own cost, to return the product(s) to the address below. We recommend that you use a tracked delivery service.

3. Once the parcel is received here at Knot 2 Shabby, we will check that it is in a saleable condition and then arrange for a refund to be processed for you. A notification will be sent to the email address on your order.

4. The refund will then be returned to you via the original payment method. We do not have any control over the time it takes for the amount to show in your account but it can take up to 10 working days.
